Orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States of America come with FREE Shipping and No Tax (excluding deliveries to the state of Colorado). Some exclusions may apply. eTableTennis.com insures each purchase from the time of shipment until delivery at the specified shipping address. All orders are delivered by courier companies. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
For large items, such as tables, customers may choose between the following delivery options:
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CURBSIDE DELIVERY W/LIFT GATE OR TO THE DOOR DELIVERY FOR ITEMS WEIGHING OVER 150 LBS.
Unload Myself – Also known as curbside delivery, this method of delivery is considered an industry standard and is our most economical delivery option. It involves the freight truck pulling up to the front curb of the delivery location and having the purchaser or authorized individual retrieve the purchased item from the upper back portion of the freight truck, unassisted by the delivery person. Once the purchaser or authorized individual has full possession of the item, they are then free to take the item to their desired location. This delivery option is absolutely FREE.
Curbside Delivery w/Lift Gate – This delivery option involves the help of a machine that gently lowers the game table or other large item from the upper back portion of the freight truck so that the purchaser of the item or authorized individual can retrieve the item at ground level and take it to the desired location. This delivery option is available for an additional fee and is highly recommended for items weighing over 150 lbs.
To the Door Delivery – For this delivery option, the delivery person will bring the item right to the street-level door of the address indicated on the order. This method of delivery DOES NOT INCLUDE transporting products up to higher floors, placing them in a given room, or product assembly. This delivery option is available for an additional fee and is highly recommended for items weighing over 150 lbs.
Inside Delivery to Room of Choice – For this delivery option, the delivery person will unload the purchased item from the freight truck, bring it into the delivery address specified on the order and into the room of your choice (up to 1 standard staircase). This delivery method is available for an additional fee.
Inside Delivery w/Full Assembly – For this delivery option, the delivery person will unload the purchased item from the freight truck, bring it into the delivery address specified on the order and into the room of your choice (up to one (1) 12-step standard staircase). Once the item has been delivered, typically within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, you will be contacted by our professional assembly team who will schedule a day and time for your item to be installed. This delivery option generally includes package removal, product assembly, and debris removal. This option is available for an additional fee.

These time frames are approximate and Joola nor eTableTennis.com are responsible for delays incurred. Deliveries shall take place at the address specified by the customer, and all deliveries must be signed upon receipt. Once the receipt is signed, items will be the customer's responsibility. Please note that we do not make deliveries to P.O. boxes.
Smaller items with an order total of $75 or more, such as ping pong paddles, table covers, balls, and nets will receive FREE, non-freight standard shipping via UPS/FedEx/USPS. Smaller items with an order total of less than $75 will be quoted a shipping charge at checkout. Manufacturer warrants to the original retail purchaser, this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship on construction for a period of One (1) Year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover defects, including breakage or malfunctions, caused by your mishandling or use of the product in ways other than specified by the manufacturer. Accessory items included with products are not covered by this warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE AND MAY ONLY APPLY TO THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER. UNLESS SPECIFICALLY NOTED, ITEMS BY THIS MANUFACTURER ARE FOR INDOOR RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY, AND ARE NOT DESIGNED, MANUFACTURED, OR RECOMMENDED FOR USE IN A COMMERCIAL OR NON-RESIDENTIAL SETTING. THE PRODUCT MUST BE USED AS INTENDED BY THE MANUFACTURER FOR THE WARRANTY TO REMAIN VALID.
In no event shall eTableTennis.com nor Joola USA be liable for incidental damages. Some states do not allow limitations for how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. Please keep your original receipt with this warranty.
