At eTableTennis.com, we love our customers and are committed to providing quality products and customer service at a great price! Certain discounts are offered in the form of a percentage off from the suggested retail price by the manufacturer or supplier, which is represented by a strikethrough (e.g. "$499"). Other discounts are offered via coupon code and applied to the eTableTennis.com price that will either be automatically added or manually entered at checkout in the coupon/discount code section.     

If we advertise that orders above a certain price can take an additional percentage off, this additional percentage is subtracted from the eTableTennis.com price using an automatically applied or manually entered coupon code. If an item's price has not been discounted from the suggested retail price by the manufacturer or supplier, but still qualifies for the additional percentage off due to the order value, that percentage will only be applied to our price without any additional discounts. 

Although multiple items may be discounted from the suggested retail price by the manufacturer or supplier that have already been set by eTableTennis.com, coupon codes are limited to one (1) per order. Coupon codes may not be combined with other coupons offered by eTableTennis.com.       

Promotions and prices at eTableTennis.com are set independently. However, certain items may be excluded from promotional offers as their inclusion would result in a financial loss to our company. Additionally, certain items carried by eTableTennis.com have previously been discounted or set at their minimum advertised price required by the manufacturer and are generally excluded from certain promotional offers. 

Exclusions apply as noted on specific items, brands, and/or services including but not limited to:

  • Stiga
  • GLD Products
  • Butterfly table tennis robots.
  • BBO Poker Tables
  • Product customizations and upgraded delivery options.    

Although eTableTennis.com offers free standard shipping on orders over $75, when offered in conjunction with the use of a coupon or discount code, our free shipping offer requires a minimum merchandise total of the dollar amount stated on our website or in your email promotion after any discounts or sales taxes have been applied. Orders eligible for free standard shipping will ship via the carrier of our choice. Expedited orders and orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States are subject to additional shipping fees. Although we are not required to collect sales tax in most states, if you are shipping to Pennsylvania or California, the appropriate sales tax will be added to your order total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

eTableTennis.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or cancel any and all promotional offers or ongoing sale pricing on products offered on our website at any time without notice to any customer.
