SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States of America come with FREE Shipping and No Tax (excluding deliveries to the state of Colorado and California). Some exclusions may apply. eTableTennis.com insures each purchase from the time of shipment until delivery at the specified shipping address. All orders are delivered by courier companies. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Please contact us if you require after-hours or weekend delivery.
For large items, such as tables, customers may choose between the following delivery options:
To the Door Delivery – For this delivery option, the delivery person will bring the purchased item right to the street-level door of the address indicated on the order. This method of delivery DOES NOT INCLUDE transporting products up to higher floors, placing them in a given room, or product assembly. This delivery method is absolutely FREE.
Inside Delivery To Room of Choice – For this delivery option, the delivery person will unload the purchased item from the freight truck, bring it into the delivery address specified on the order and into the room of your choice (up to 1 standard staircase). This delivery method is available for an additional fee.
Inside Delivery w/Full Assembly – For this delivery option, the delivery person will unload the purchased item from the freight truck, bring it into the delivery address specified on the order and into the room of your choice (up to one (1) 12-step standard staircase). Once the item has been delivered, typically within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, you will be contacted by our professional assembly team who will schedule a day and time for your item to be installed. This delivery option generally includes package removal, product assembly, and debris removal. This option is available for an additional fee.
Product delivery times are as follows:
· Products in stock and without customization: 7-14 business days
· Customized products: 20-30 business days
· Products not available in stock and which must be manufactured: 45-60 business days.
These time frames are approximate and GLD Products nor eTableTennis.com are responsible for delays incurred. Deliveries shall take place at the address specified by the customer, and all deliveries must be signed upon receipt. Once the receipt is signed, items will be the customer's responsibility. Please note that we do not make deliveries to P.O. boxes.
Smaller items with an order total of $75 or more, such as ping pong paddles, table covers, balls, and nets will receive FREE, non-freight standard shipping via UPS/FedEx/USPS. Smaller items with an order total of less than $75 will be quoted a shipping charge at checkout. 90 Day Table Game Warranty
90 day warranty on Fat Cat™ Table Games. (Pockey, Air Hockey and Table Soccer Units) Manufacturer warrants to the original retail purchaser, this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship on construction for a period of 90 Days from the date of purchase.
Warranty on Ball Bearings on Table Soccer
For ninety days from the date of purchase, we will replace free of charge.
Note: Table Soccer men and cup holders not included in warranty. Should this product become defective due to material or workmanship within the warranty period, contact our customer service department at 800-225-7593. This warranty is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling, installation or use of this product. This warranty is also void if product is in any way abused, damaged, or modified from its original state, or if used for other than indoor residential use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Warranty Void if Sold for Commercial or Institutional Situations.
Fat Cat™ tables are made with the finest materials available on the market. Fat Cat™ tables are designed for home use only. Any use that is considered institutional or commercial will void this warranty. These games are played vigorously and the tables are made to withstand a great deal of abuse, but not in a commercial environment.
One-Year Slate Billiard Table Warranty
Manufacturer warrants to the original retail purchaser, this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. WARRANTY ON SLATE For ten (10) years from the date of purchase of the slate, we will repair the playing surface of this table, free of charge, if it fails to remain flat, within a tolerance of ±30/1000 of an inch, measuring from any flat plane within the playing surface. Note: Cloth not included in warranty. Should this product become defective due to material or workmanship within the warranty period, contact our Customer Service Department. This warranty is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling, installation or use of this product. This warranty is also void if product is in any way abused, damaged, or modified from its original state, or if used for other than indoor residential use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Limited 90 Day Dartboard Warranty
The Limited 90 Day Warranty covers defects encountered in normal use of the product and does not apply to damage from improper use, abuse, accidents, unauthorized service or inadequate packaging when shipping the product to GLD Products.
GLD Products gives you the following limited warranty for this product only if the product was originally purchased for use not resale from GLD Products, a GLD Products authorized dealer or Distributor, or any other GLD Products approved reseller for this product. This product is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of your original purchase.
If the product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, GLD Products will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no cost. This limited warranty does not include service to repair damage from improper installation, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse or modifications to the subsystem or by other cause unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.
DO NOT RETURN the dartboard to the store where purchased as they are not equipped to handle repairs. All warranty or repair requests require a Return Authorization Number from GLD Products.
A purchase receipt or other proof of date of purchase will be required before warranty service is performed. Calling GLD Products Customer Service Department at 800-225-7593 between 9:00am and 5:00pm CST can provide requests for warranty service.
